This is a condensed log and a simple vehicle inspection designed for driver's who are exempt from the daily log book requirements such as driver's who do not work outside of the 160Km radius of their home terminal and return to their terminal at the end of every shift. This log is meant to work in place of an Exemption Log. The backside of the cover includes the NSC Standard 13, Schedule 1. This log does NOT contain a daily recap, monthly log summary, or remarks area.
